  27. This is not a problem with Kermit 95.  The character reversal or
  28. loss is taking place within Windows 95/98.  This bug was reported to
  29. Microsoft years ago.  They have chosen not to look at it.

  31. Windows 95/98 is still a DOS based operating environment.  Use
  32. NT (or the forthcoming win2000 pro) if you want a multitasking 
  33. operating system with process protection and reliable time slice 
  34. management.
